Our Services

Pre-Purchase Inspections

Pre-Purchase Inspections are highly recommended on almost every real estate transaction.  Make sure that as a buyer, you are aware of the current state of the property before agreeing to a final price.

New Construction Inspections

Builders often miss important tasks in the rush to finish a home before closing.  A New Construction Inspection allows a trained, independent professional to inspect your home to ensure that all systems are in working order.

11th Month Warranty Inspections

Have you purchased a home within the past year? Was a home warranty provided?  It may be about to expire!

An 11th Month Inspection alerts you to any necessary repairs before the warranty expires.

Construction Phase Inspections

Phase Inspections are part of the process of new home construction.  Your municipality and/or bank may require phase inspections to make sure your house is built well and is equipped with the proper safety features from the ground up.

Pre-Listing Inspections

Be prepared to sell your house before listing it on the market.  This allows you to avoid surprises in the selling process and allows you to complete repairs without the pressure of an active contract.

Multi-Family Property Inspections

Are you considering purchasing an investment property?  Or, do you need to make sure that all systems in your property are working before your next tenants move in?

This inspection will check all systems in a multi-family property up to four units, including duplexes, four-plexes, and small condominium properties.

Pool and Spa Inspections

If you’re purchasing a property that includes a pool or spa (hot tub), its important to make sure the these amenities are functioning properly and safely.

Thermal Imaging Inspections

Thermal Imaging Inspections use infrared technology to identify areas where there is a temperature variation.

This allows the inspector to identify concerns that are often hidden without the technology, such as missing insulation, water leaks, and more.

Foundation Inspections

Foundation Inspections can determine if there is significant movement within an existing home’s foundation.

We use advanced tools to measure elevations at multiple locations within the home. These measurements can then be used to evaluate the severity of any issues.
