Pre-Listing Inspections
Thinking about selling your home?
Are you nervous about what issues a buyer’s inspector might find?
A homeowner who is considering selling their house and would like to know the current condition of the property may want to consider a Pre-Listing Inspection.
The Pre-Listing Inspection informs the homeowner of any concerns regarding safety, structure, foundation, plumbing, roof, HVAC, or electrical systems that are present so that the concerns can be addressed ahead of time to avoid possible delays in the sale of the home.
All of our inspections are performed by professionally licensed and insured inspectors in accordance with Texas law and the standards of practice set forth by the Texas Real Estate Commission.

“Andrew was courteous, professional, and very thorough with his inspection of my 71-year-old house. When he finished, he briefly reviewed his findings and pointed out a few items of special importance. He completed the written report and sent it to me the same day. I especially appreciated the pictures that accompanied the written notes. After I received the report, his review of it with me included patiently offering explanations of his notes and providing answers to my questions. ”
