New Construction Inspections

No house is perfect…Not even a brand new one.

A brand new house has, on average, around 15 issues/deficiencies that the builder has overlooked or taken shortcuts on. These can be major issues or minor issues that a buyer may never know about without an independent inspection.

Corporate home builders often employ construction superintendents who coordinate the building process.  However, these employees are not independent and are often managing the construction of multiple properties and subcontractors at once. 

Municipalities or banks/mortgage companies may also send a building inspector to sign off on the completion of the home. These inspectors usually only spend a short time inside the home.  None of these individuals work directly for the home buyer. 

Our professional home inspectors work directly for the buyer, not the builder or any other entity.

Our New Construction Inspection will provide the buyer with an independent, unbiased report that helps verify that the house meets the structural, electrical, plumbing, and overall safety standards.  Any deficiencies that are discovered will be noted in the report.  Then these issues can be communicated to the builder by the buyer or real estate agent so that they can be corrected before closing and move in. 

All of our inspections are performed by professionally licensed and insured inspectors in accordance with Texas law and the standards of practice set forth by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
