Pre-Purchase Inspections
Pre-Purchase Inspections are highly recommended for every real estate transaction.
A leaky roof, poor foundation, bad air conditioner, unsafe electrical system, or plumbing leak can cost thousands of dollars to repair.
Every buyer needs to be aware of the current state of the property and potential repair expenses before agreeing to a final price.
Our inspection process provides the buyer with the information needed to make informed choices about this significant financial decision. Through the inspection process, the inspector also offers the buyer education about the home, its systems, and the elements that may need to be addressed before or after the purchase.
The inspection is a visual and non-invasive process involving the testing and/or operation of all accessible systems in the home to ensure their proper installation and operation, and to determine if the systems are performing as they should.
All of our inspections are performed by professionally licensed and insured inspectors in accordance with Texas law and the standards of practice set forth by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
